If you placed a guest order or cannot find an order on your account, check our Order Tracker and enter your order number (i.e. AD000000000) and email address to find your order details. To access tracking details, simply click on the ”View order” button.
Due to the impact of the coronavirus and the mandates in place, your order will most likely be delayed. Please expect 4-7 days for standard shipping plus 3-5 days for processing. This delay is due to several factors, including travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates.

If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for delay could include the following:
• We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
• Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
• Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
• Shipping address outside of the continental United States
• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order

Because deliveries are made via FedEx, feel free to set your delivery preferences with FedEx via the FedEx Delivery Manager. This free service provided by FedEx allows customers to receive alerts, provide delivery instructions, require a signature, or request packages be held at a FedEx facility (Including Walgreens).
Most asked questions
You can return products purchased from Sportcom within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same), except for our non-returnable products and high-value products which can only be returned for limited number of days.
- Create a 'Return Request' under “My Orders” section of our website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode.
- We offer pick-up facilities in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
- If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.
Sportcom’s security policy sometimes requires you to enter your password if you have not logged in with OTP for a very long time. This is done to ensure that no one else can access your account after you have discarded your mobile number and it is assigned to someone else as per government policy. To reset, simply log into your account and click on the ‘Reset Password’ button.
Promo codes are redeemed in the Billing section of Checkout:
- Enter your code at checkout exactly as it appears in the email, printed offer, or webpage.
- Click "Apply" and your discount will be detailed in the payment summary.
- One promotional discount code allowed per order. To redeem more than one promo code, we recommend placing a second order.
Make sure you are entering the promotion codes correctly.
- Include any dashes that are shown within the code. Your promo code will be the first line only– if you see a second line, do not include it.
It can take up to 48 hours to process an order, not including weekends. An additional 24-hour delay can occur if an order is reviewed to protect against fraudulent credit card use.
